Lead Expert - Information Systems (Sap Pp / Qm) Business

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking an experienced S / 4HANA PP / QM Consultant with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules within the S / 4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S / 4HANA PP / QM solutions to optimize manufacturing and quality processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

• Solution Design and Implementation : Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S / 4HANA PP and QM modules, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configuration Expertise : Configure PP processes such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and QM processes like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications.
• Business Process Mapping : Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to SAP S / 4HANA functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
• Integration : Ensure seamless integration of PP / QM modules with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FICO.
• Data Migration : Support data migration activities, including master data setup (materials, BOMs, routings, inspection plans) and transactional data.
• Testing and Validation : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Training and Support : Provide end-user training, create documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals), and offer post-go-live support.
• Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S / 4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.
• Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP / QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Project Management : Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
