This is for FULL -TIME role and Work Location is S R Nagar, Hyderabad.

Experience : 6-8 Years

Shift Timings : 8.30 PM IST to 5.30 AM IST

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter (Lead Level) with strong experience in US staffing, team handling, and direct client interaction. This is an individual contributor role , but the candidate should have prior experience guiding teams, managing clients, and working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills :

• 6–8 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with direct client handling & communication .
• Prior experience in team coordination or team handling .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Naukri).
• Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms, Work Authorization, and recruitment processes.
