Cosima Solutions is expanding its global SAP Supply Chain practice and is seeking experienced SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultants to join our offshore delivery team. If you have a strong background in SAP MM and FI integration, supplier collaboration, and procurement process optimization for U.S.-based clients, we’d love to connect with you.

Role Description

• Provide functional and technical support for the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in SAP S / 4HANA or ECC environments.
• Configure and manage procurement modules including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payments.
• Ensure seamless integration between MM and FICO modules for GR / IR, invoice posting, and payment reconciliation.
• Work with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for procurement automation.
• Support Sourcing, Vendor Master, and Pricing configurations and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT / UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Coordinate with onshore teams and U.S. stakeholders for deployment and support deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
• Propose continuous improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.
