Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of Residential Sales (PAN India) to drive sales strategy, execution, and team performance across multiple premium housing projects across cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, etc. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, team leadership, and deep sales expertise to consistently achieve business targets, deliver superior customer experience, and enhance brand positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategy for residential projects , aligned with business expansion goals across Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad & more.
Lead, manage & coach a large high performance sales team , driving skill enhancement, performance, motivation, and professional growth.
Oversee the entire customer journey — from lead generation to booking and closure — ensuring superior customer experience.
Monitor and achieve sales targets across projects , while maintaining strong control on pricing and margins.
Build relationships with HNI buyers, institutional clients, and channel partners (where relevant).
Provide market insights, competitor bench marking , and recommendations to leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to maximize sales effectiveness.
Represent the sales function at leadership level , with regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and outcomes.
Qualifications
15–20 years of proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 10 years in residential real estate sales leadership .
