Your Role :

Handle telephonic & in-person inquiries, explaining programs and admission processes

Maintain accurate student data across ERP, UDISE & internal systems

Make outbound calls to generate leads, walk-ins & admissions

Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain proper communication records

Support school events, admission drives & promotional activities

Coordinate with admissions & marketing teams for effective lead management

What We’re Looking For :

Graduate / Postgraduate (Education background preferred)

1–3 years’ experience in counseling, admissions, or customer service

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office & data management tools

Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
