We’re a small, fast-growing startup with a collaborative, high-responsibility culture — looking for someone who can wear many hats and help us scale the influencer vertical end-to-end.

Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Manager will plan, lead, and execute influencer campaigns across clients — from strategy and creator management to delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Build and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
• Scout, shortlist, and negotiate with influencers across categories
• Communicate directly with clients — share shortlists, briefs, and updates
• Work on creator scripting and creative strategy
• Oversee smooth execution of campaigns and ensure timely delivery of content
• Track performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports
• Maintain influencer databases, pricing sheets, and campaign trackers
• Support process improvements, team coordination, and business growth initiatives
