Job Title : Windows System Admin Level 1

Windows System Admin Level 1 to help support our customer base, both directly & indirectly. Activity required interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose & resolve unique, non-recurring problems in Hosting Environment.
Major Duties / Responsibilities :
- Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner
- Handling Technical support tickets from web hosting customers
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting services
- Prioritizing and managing many open Ticket at one time
- Successfully completes other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skill & Abilities :
Computer Knowledge, Good Communication, Preferably B.Tech.Windows Certified Engineer PreferredWilling to work in a 247 EnvironmentExperience with Hosting Control Panels (CPanel / WHM / Plesk)Basic installation, server security, server monitoringExcellent understanding of SMTP, HTTP, FTP, IMAP, POP, EximInstallation and modification of Apache, Bind, DNS, PHP, MySQL, PerlManaging server Backup / RestoreDNS ManagementAbility to work well with a team, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleaguesConfident and passionateOrganizational skills with the ability to multitask by talking, using technology and listeningAbility to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as neededDependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.Experience : Level 1 - Experience 1 years
Package : As per eligibility of candidate (At least One Year Service Contract)
