We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to oversee and optimize enterprise-level job scheduling and workload automation processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT environment, ensuring its stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to streamline IT operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain the IT environment, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Design, configure, and manage job schedules, ensuring efficient workflows across systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes, reducing manual intervention and improving productivity.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to job failures, performance degradation, and system errors.
• Provide technical support to teams leveraging IT systems for their operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving scheduling and automation processes.
• Implement best practices for workload automation and system integration.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
• Generate reports to provide insights into system performance, job completion rates, and error trends.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies related to data handling and system access.
• Implement and monitor security measures within the IT environment.
