Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for a Content Creator and Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content tailored to various platforms, managing social media accounts, planning and executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging, monitor social media trends, and stay ahead of audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing
• Social media management expertise, including familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and trend analysis
• Analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance and generating actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
