Location : Pan India

Mandatory Skills :

• Understand how AI models are built, trained, and deployed. This includes concepts like supervised / unsupervised learning, neural networks, etc.Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for the GEN AI / Agentic RAG / LLM based application implementation, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations.
• Identify biases and failure modes in conversational flows.
• Support Development of automated test suites for model retraining and updates.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and prepare data used in AI development.
• Working proficiency in languages like Python
