Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Title - Senior Executive, Email & Affiliate Marketing – Lead Generation

Location - Bangalore

You’ll be an individual contributor tasked with building and scaling multichannel lead-generation

programs across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Affiliate, and Influencer channels. Your work will directly fuel

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue across key markets (India, US, UK, Canada, Singapore,

UAE, Australia).

Key Responsibilities

• Email, SMS & WhatsApp Strategy & Execution

Design end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) across

email, SMS and WhatsApp.

Build segmentation, personalization and automation flows using CleverTap and Zoho (for

email) and SMS / WhatsApp campaign tools.

A / B test subject lines, message copy, send-times and CTAs to optimize open rates,

click-through rates and conversions.

Monitor deliverability and inbox / SMS delivery metrics; partner with IT / Dev to maintain

sender health and compliance.

Onboard and manage performance on affiliate platforms such as Rakuten, Commission

Junction (CJ), Awin, Impact, etc.

Develop and execute influencer promotion campaigns—identify relevant influencers,

negotiate collaborations, create trackable offer codes, and measure ROI.

Negotiate commission structures, set up tracking and ensure accurate attribution across

both affiliates and influencers.

Develop co-marketing promotions, coupon / offer strategies and seasonal deals in

collaboration with affiliates and influencers.

Track affiliate- and influencer-driven leads and revenue; identify top-performing partners

and optimize spend.

Establish dashboards to report on MQLs, affiliate revenue, ROI, email KPIs (open, CTR,

CVR).

Analyze channel performance; recommend budget reallocations and tactical pivots.

Collaborate with Analytics and BI teams to refine lead-scoring models and attribution.

Work closely with Content, Design, Product and Growth teams to align on campaign

messaging and offers.

Liaise with Sales to ensure smooth lead hand-off and feedback loop on lead quality.

Partner with Finance / Legal / Compliance on affiliate contracts and email opt-in policies.
