Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-performing, strategic, and creative Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Growth Manager to spearhead and scale our influencer and affiliate programs across the USA
and UK / EU markets. This is a pivotal role that aims to drive new customer acquisition, enhance
brand visibility, and foster long-term partnerships through creator-led and performance-driven
campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing influencer and affiliate partners, with a strong lens on creators that resonate with health, fitness, tech, and performance audiences. You’ll also collaborate closely with the content, paid media, and creative teams to build hooks, manage content pipelines, and amplify user-generated assets for maximum ROI. You would be responsible for partnering with relevant influencers and affiliates that can cater to both of our products - Frontier X2 and Frontier X Plus.
Key Responsibilities
Build and expand a high-performing network of influencers, creators, and affiliates aligned with Fourth Frontier’s brand and goals.
Develop custom outreach strategies and partnership funnels across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts, Blogs, etc.).
Drive performance through affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, Avelon, or similar platforms) while maintaining brand integrity.
Structure tiered commission models and incentive structures that align with campaign goals and audience value.
Collaborate with creators to develop compelling hooks and storylines that resonate with our D2C audience.
Review, edit, and direct video content (UGC / influencer) to align with performance creative best practices.
Partner with in-house and freelance editors to stitch influencer content into high-converting video and static assets.
Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, including briefs, contracts, timelines, performance metrics, and ROI tracking.
Handle situations where influencers have unrealistic budget expectations by using performance benchmarks, data-backed negotiation, and hybrid compensation models.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with RAQAC guidelines and to manage contracts, payments, and disclosures.
Run A / B tests on content, hooks, and placements to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Liaise with performance marketing teams to repurpose high-performing influencer content for ads and email flows.
Stay on top of creator economy trends, affiliate tools, and platform updates in the USA and UK / EU markets.
Identify breakout creators, up-and-coming micro-influencers, and high-potential affiliate niches.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs like Revenue, Sales, AOV, conversion rates, and retention from influencer / affiliate campaigns.
Regularly share campaign performance insights with cross-functional teams to inform creative, messaging, and paid amplification strategies.
