BPA ( Business Process Analyst)

Experience – 4 to 8 years(relevant only)

Location – Bangalore,Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Kochi, Trivandrum.

Interview rounds – L1 Technical + L2 – Client round Technical + US round.

• Telecom Business Process Modeling,
• TMForum standards : eTOM, ODA, SID, Open APIs,
• Understanding of Telecom Value Chain : Must possess a strong understanding of telecom value chain, Lead to Cash, Trouble to Resolve, Assurance, OSS processes, Network Inventory Management and Billing.
• Experience in consulting in Telco OSS and BSS
• Experience in developing OSS / BSS Transformation Roadmaps
• Significant knowledge and experience gained from years of OSS / BSS domain (Lead & Opportunity, CPQ, Order Capture, Order Orchestration, Inventory, Provisioning, Billing etc) delivery and implementation.
• Experience in products from Product vendors such as Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP etc
• Good to have : Understanding of Autonomous Networks
