Purpose of the Role

The Systems Engineer is pivotal to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our customer environments. You will be the first line of defense, responsible for proactively monitoring systems, rapidly responding to alerts, and resolving incidents with precision and clear communication. This role requires a structured, proactive, and meticulous individual who thrives in a process-driven environment. Ideally, we're looking at engineering graduates with experience spanning cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity. Having customer experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactive Monitoring & Incident Management

• Conduct a comprehensive morning review of all monitoring, antivirus, patching, and security alert queues.
• Determine the impact of incidents on users and business operations.
