Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead product development for Unsecured Loan offerings within the Loan Origination System (LOS) domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in personal loans, credit card loans, and other unsecured lending products, with a strong background in creating and managing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Unsecured Loan products within the LOS ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, underwriting, credit, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product development.
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements to create BRDs and FRDs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive innovation in unsecured lending.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond.
• Ensure adherence to lending compliance standards and risk management protocols.
