About the role :

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to spearhead the implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) across Paytm's platform. The role will focus on developing and executing strategies for consent management, data subject rights, and other key DPDPA requirements. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing regulatory compliance projects, with a strong understanding of data privacy laws such as GDPR, and expertise in data cataloging and classification.

Key Responsibilities :

1. DPDPA Implementation :

• Lead the development and deployment of DPDPA-compliant features across Paytms services, including insurance, travel, stocks, and credit card offerings.
• Focus on implementing robust consent management systems, ensuring that user consent is clearly obtained, managed, and updated in accordance with DPDPA guidelines.
• Develop and enforce processes to uphold data subject rights, such as the right to access, rectify, and delete personal data.
