Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Khammam. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated territory, managing customer relationships, and providing training to sales teams. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training to sales teams
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry and irrigation systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
