Our first brand, Aramya, launched in 2024, achieved 40 Cr in revenue in its very first year, powered by a proprietary supply chain, in-house manufacturing, and data-led design. Today, we're operating at a 200 Cr ARR and scaling fast.

As we expand across India, launch new stores, and roll out fresh collections weekly, we're reimagining what modern ethnic wear can look and feel like inclusive, comfortable, stylish, and accessible.

About the Role

As an EIR, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the founders on truly zero-to-one challenges. This role will stretch you, sharpen you, and give you exposure far beyond any conventional function.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the leadership team to solve high-priority, cross-functional business problems.
  • Drive operational excellence and profitability across retail, fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • Use data to identify insights, improve performance, and accelerate decision-making.
  • Build processes and systems from scratch to support rapid scaling and efficiency.
  • Strengthen supply chain and retail operations to ensure availability, accuracy, and speed.
  • Own and execute high-impact growth initiatives with clear accountability for outcomes.
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, and tech to enhance omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Champion customer feedback loops and implement solutions to elevate service quality.
  • Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, product, business development, analytics, venture building, or founder’s office roles.
  • Strong academic pedigree from Tier-1 institutions such as SRCC, Stephens, LSR, Hindu, Hansraj, Ashoka, IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs, ISB, MDI, SPJIMR, or equivalent top colleges.
  • Strong analytical and first-principles problem-solving abilities, with comfort in modelling, data interpretation, and structured thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas and drive alignment across teams.
  • High ownership, self-starter mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to execute rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in running pilots, validating hypotheses, conducting research, and managing cross-functional execution.
  • Deep curiosity for consumer behaviour, D2C, fashion, product thinking, and tech-enabled businesses.
