Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Identify internal requirements along with the stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, and conducting initial screening interviews.
- Schedule and manage interview round with senior leadership.
Employee Onboarding & Integration :
Lead and streamline the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate initial training requirements.Internal Support :
Plan, execute, and monitor employee engagement centric trainings and enhancement activities.Gather and assess employee feedback to strengthen workplace culture and retention.HR Administration & Compliance :
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations.Update employee information and maintain HR documentation systematically.Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits coordination.Employee Support & Collaboration :
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Partner with management and functional leaders to effectively implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives.Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience (excluding internships).Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR systems.High level of integrity with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.(ref : iimjobs.com)
