AI & Security Product Manager — Data, Log, and Code Protection

As a Product Manager for AI-driven Security and Data Protection at ServiceNow, you'll shape how every customer safeguards their data, code, and logs across our global platform. You'll define products that ensure data integrity, secure code scripts, and intelligent monitoring — empowering enterprises to operate safely, transparently, and confidently at scale on the platform.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, observability, and security. You'll leverage AI and analytics to detect anomalies in data or code behavior, surface insights from security logs, and help teams continuously strengthen their protection posture.

What You Get To Do In This Role

As the Product Manager for Data, Log, and Code Protection , you will :

• Define and execute the roadmap for data integrity, log observability, and code security capabilities across the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and evolve products that enable secure logging, automated data monitoring, and AI-assisted anomaly detection.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and security architecture teams to deliver scalable, intelligent protection solutions.
• Develop tools that use AI to identify unusual data behaviors, code vulnerabilities, or inconsistencies across logs and repositories.
• Enable customers to visualize data lineage, audit access, and track data / code flow securely within the platform.
• Ensure data and code protection practices align with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate across ServiceNow teams to embed security by design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use AI and ML models to generate insights from log data — improving visibility, integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate vision, priorities, and progress clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
