Job description

Job Purpose / Summary :

Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose network issues on a 24x7x365 basis.
Coordinate with global service providers to ensure timely resolution of network issues.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure global network availability and continuity of services.

Quickly restore and resolve network service issues.

Liaise with internal teams and global service providers for problem resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Global network availability.

Speed and efficiency in restoration / resolution of network services.

Qualifications :

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills Required

Cisco Routing, Firewalls, Network Troubleshooting, Ccna, Ccnp
