Our diverse backgrounds make Prospecta an exhilarating place to work, bringing a rich tapestry of perspectives and ideas.Job description of Senior UX DesignerPosition : Senior UX DesignerLocation : GurugramRole Summary : The Senior UX Designer will lead the design strategy for key modules within Prospecta’s SaaS platforms, ensuring world-class user experiences driven by research, innovation, and consistency. This role requires ownership of the UI design system, mentorship of junior designers, and close alignment with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX research and analysis to define user needs, behavioral patterns, and product usability improvements.Drive design simplification, ensuring minimal training is needed for users to adopt the product.Produce advanced UI / UX for presales demos and solution showcases.Own and maintain the design system and component library, ensuring 100% compliance across development teams.Deliver high-fidelity prototypes, detailed design specs, and interaction guidelines one sprint ahead of development.Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to ensure consistency and best practices across the product.Collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and leadership to influence product direction and roadmap.Mentor and guide junior designers in design execution, process, and craft.Review design implementation quarterly for compliance and quality adherence.Must have : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.5–7+ years of experience in UX / UI design with strong exposure to SaaS or enterprise software.Proven experience owning design modules or systems end-to-end.Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX problem-solving, design systems, and interaction design.Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.Ability to lead design discussions and drive consensus across teams.Strong understanding of design systems, usability heuristics, and scalable interface patterns.Good to have : Experience working with complex B2B platforms (MDM, data management, workflow products, etc.)Prior experience mentoring or leading designers.Ability to analyze data, user metrics, and incorporate insights into design decisions.Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or UX writing.Growth Path : At Prospecta , your career journey is one of growth and opportunity.
