Revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day-to-day yield operations
Maintain and own pricing for the assigned portfolio and Pro-actively identify analyze peak days and shoulder days taking into consideration past performance as well as new industry trends
Analyse business opportunities from a net profit standpoint and make the appropriate business decisions e.g. comparing the wedding business with a business meeting with rooms
Oversee the management of Group Block activity. Ensure that group cut-off dates, rooming lists, and group block activity are being well manage
Work in liaison with Business leaders, Sales Channels, and Operations as a team to maintain rates and inventory
