What You’ll Do :

• Develop Tekla 3D models & shop / erection drawings
• Prepare anchor bolt plans, GA drawings, CNC outputs
• Check and review Tekla models, shop drawings, GA drawings, and erection drawings
• Lead a team of detailers and modelers on multiple steel projects
• Ensure team members follow modeling / drawing standards and project specs
• Help resolve RFIs and support communication with external stakeholders
• Mentor junior staff on best practices and Tekla modeling standards
• Report project status to Detailing Manager or Director
