Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely assistance to clients, addressing their queries with professionalism and empathy. Day-to-day tasks include delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, managing online support channels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also support clients with technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Ability to provide Online Support and Technical Support with efficiency and clarity
