Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and govern Datacenter operations aligned with ITIL V4 and Industry delivery standards.
• Ensure seamless delivery of operational services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Manage crisis situations and client escalations with front-end leadership and resolution planning.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies across Datacenter environments.
• Oversee run projects and ensure smooth integration into operations within timelines and budgets.
• Drive transformation and automation initiatives to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-impact outcomes.
