Growth Product Manager

Hiring : Growth & Product Manager (2–6 yrs)

Location : Noida (On-site preferred)

Type : Full-time

We’re building a fast-scaling ecosystem across apps, e-commerce, courses, content, and community with a mission to take Indian spiritual commerce global .

We need Growth & Product Managers who can lead, execute, and scale product-led growth , not just make PPTs.

What You’ll Own

You will own the growth roadmap for a brand / product from 0→1 and 1→10 :

Plan and execute product launches

Build and improve funnels (AARRR)

Design experiments & growth loops

Drive CAC ↓, LTV ↑, conversions ↑

Manage sprints, timelines, and squads

Set up dashboards, KPIs, and reporting

Collaborate with product, tech, content, and performance teams

Build SOPs, workflows, and playbooks

Document learnings and scale systems

You’ll be judged by outcomes, not hours.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You :

Have 2–6 years in growth, product, PM, or ops

Think with a data + strategy mindset

Can structure and manage complex projects

Understand funnels, cohorts, retention, CRO

Can manage stakeholders and keep momentum

Comfortable with Excel / Sheets, GA4, Notion, ClickUp, or Airtable

Obsessed with speed, insights, execution

Bonus points if you’ve worked in :
