Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Facilitate Scrum Sessions : includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coaching Sessions : Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Monitor timelines and due dates : Maintain, drive and safeguard project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Reporting and Analytics : Creating and maintaining reports that identify business needs and opportunities. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Communication : Create and provide regular updates to stakeholders, team and leader on use case progress, issues and team performance.
• Requirements gathering : Partner with various groups to develop and document business processes to include workflows and system requirements

Work Experience :

Special Certification : Scrum Certification (Certified Scrum Master)
