BenAI is a creator-led AI education business. We help experienced professionals build AI automation businesses using no-code tools — without becoming developers.
We have a YouTube channel with 110,000+ subscribers, productized AI solutions, and a paid community. We're small, profitable, and growing fast.
Now we're hiring our first dedicated marketer.
The Role
You'll own growth.
That means taking our existing content (primarily YouTube) and turning it into a multi-channel engine — newsletters, LinkedIn, Twitter, and beyond. You'll run ads, manage influencer partnerships, and experiment constantly.
We're not looking for someone who needs a playbook. We're looking for someone who builds playbooks.
You'll work directly with the founder. Your ideas will ship fast. What works will scale. What doesn't, you'll kill quickly and move on.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, not oversight.
What You'll Do
- Repurpose YouTube content into newsletters, LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, and other formats
- Plan and execute content distribution across all channels
- Run paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) and optimize based on performance
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Build and grow our email list and newsletter engagement
- Track performance metrics and report on what's working (and what's not)
- Experiment with new channels, formats, and growth tactics
- Collaborate closely with the founder on GTM strategy and product launches
