Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee based in New Delhi. The Management Trainee will support various departments, participate in strategic decision-making processes, and execute assigned tasks to contribute to business growth. Responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, conducting research and analysis to provide insights, preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with team members, and assisting in client relationship management to ensure high-quality service delivery. Role shall involve a 6-12 month paid traineeship followed by absorption in the relevant team and department. It is only for immediate joiners. Stipend shall vary from INR 15000 per month to INR 25000 per month depending on qualification, role and performance.
