We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Analytics Support Engineer to join our dynamic data team. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in digital analytics platforms-particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Looker and Tableau-and strong technical proficiency in Python SQL and AWS-based infrastructure.

As an Analytics Support Engineer you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining robust analytics implementations scalable data pipelines and insightful reporting frameworks. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making by ensuring the delivery of accurate timely and actionable data across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain web tracking solutions using GA4 and GTM.
• Develop and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Looker and Tableau.
• Write performant SQL queries for data extraction transformation and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering product and marketing teams to resolve data discrepancies and uphold data integrity.
• Build and maintain Python scripts for automation analysis and reporting workflows.
• Support and enhance ETL processes and data pipelines within AWS environments (e.g. S3 Lambda Redshift).
• Monitor tag deployments conversion tracking and analytics configurations to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create documentation deliver training and provide ongoing support for analytics tools and reporting platforms.
