Roles & Responsibility -

To encourage & direct the team size of 40+ employees.

To onboard & train the team & channel partners.

To create the healthy relations with the team and channel partners.

To track the productivity of team and initiate corrective action.

To develop the talent pool.

Desired Experience -

Should have experience of Min. 7-10 years of Mobile / Retail industry.

Desired Qualification -

Should be any graduate / post graduate (MBA Preferred)
