Job descriptionStrategy Development & Execution : Take ownership of developing, implementing, managing, monitoring, and continuously improvising social media strategy and campaign management across all relevant platforms (minimum 7+ years of experience required). Performance Marketing Expertise : Possess a proven track record in handling paid ad campaigns across major platforms, including Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), Google Ads (Social extensions), and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on B2B lead generation and high-ROI performance marketing. KPI Definition and Measurement : Demonstrate the ability to define the most important social media KPIs relevant to specific client goals (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROAS, Engagement Rate) and rigorously measure the success of every social media campaign. Audience Segmentation : Apply a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and retargeting techniques to ensure optimal ad spend efficiency and highly relevant content delivery to target buyer personas. Market Research & Innovation : Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership : Develop and execute strategies to build brand positioning and thought leadership for IT and SaaS clients, leveraging social channels to establish credibility and authority in technical domains. Community Engagement : Implement initiatives to foster genuine community engagement and manage brand reputation across all active social media channels. Content Planning and Consistency : Manage comprehensive content calendars, ensuring strategic content planning aligns with product launches, marketing initiatives, and brand narratives. Cross-Platform Consistency : Ensure cross-platform brand consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all social channels. Influencer and Collaboration : Experience in managing strategic influencer collaborations or partnership campaigns to amplify reach and credibility within relevant B2B niche communities. Reporting and Optimization : Maintain an Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking metrics, optimising campaigns, and preparing reports that clearly articulate performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Platform Proficiency : Demonstrate Proficiency in core social media management and advertising platforms, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics / scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Team Management : Possess necessary Experience in managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members, providing guidance on strategy execution and performance analysis.
