Role Description

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Business Analyst at Nonrel Technologies. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, analyze data, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making. Responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to meet organizational goals. The Business Analyst will also act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of proposed solutions.

• Proficiency in capturing and defining Business Requirements and designing efficient Business Processes.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, and present findings.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data visualization tools and project management software is an asset.
• Educational background in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
