Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase our web traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, social media, and display advertising) to ensure brand consistency.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget based on trends and insights.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Oversee our social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Plan, execute and manage the 360 marketing plans and budgets.
- Monitor competition in the market (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) regularly and frame strategies accordingly.
- Create strategies for establishing long-term digital connections with customers.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years in a managerial role within the marketing field.Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight for marketing activities.
High level of creativity and innovation in developing marketing approaches.
Expertise in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and segmentation strategies.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced project management abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
