About Us SihrSalt is a fast-growing creative and digital media agency helping brands scale through high-quality content, storytelling, and strategy. We are looking for a talented Cinematographer who can bring visual ideas to life and create premium, aesthetic, and engaging content for our clients.

Responsibilities Shoot high-quality videos including reels, commercials, corporate content, and creative campaigns.

Operate cameras, gimbals, lights, and other production equipment.

Collaborate with the creative team to understand concepts, scripts, and brand needs.

Plan shots, lighting, angles, and frame composition.

Capture cinematic footage during indoor & outdoor shoots.

Work closely with editors to maintain visual consistency and brand style.

Ensure timely execution of all shoots.

Manage equipment, ensure it is maintained and ready for production.

Requirements Proven experience as a Cinematographer / DOP.

Strong understanding of lighting, framing, camera movement, and color.

Proficiency with DSLR / mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and studio lighting.

Knowledge of social media content style (especially Instagram reels).

Ability to handle fast-paced shoots and tight deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

A portfolio / showreel is mandatory.

Good to Have Experience with commercials, product shoots, or UGC-style content.

Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / DaVinci)

Ability to guide talent / models on poses & expressions.
