We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with a wastewater treatment background to directly engage with industries and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities directly with industries (Textiles, Tanneries, Pharma, Food Processing, Dyeing Units, Chemical Plants, etc.).
- Conduct direct client visits and demonstrations to promote Nanozyme Bioculture and other wastewater treatment products.
- Generate inquiries, submit proposals, and follow up with clients until closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with industry decision-makers.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical support team for product trials, performance monitoring, and after-sales service.
Requirements
Education : B.Sc / M.Sc in Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.Experience : 2–5 years in direct industrial sales / marketing (preferably in wastewater treatment, environmental solutions, or water treatment chemicals).Strong knowledge of ETP, STP, and industrial effluent treatment challenges.Proven ability to handle B2B industrial clients directly (no consultants or third parties).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
