Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients, develop personalized therapy and rehabilitation plans, and provide treatments to promote physical recovery and improve mobility. Responsibilities will include collaborating with medical professionals, educating patients on exercises to maintain long-term physical health, and documenting patient progress. The professional will play a critical role in offering support to diabetic and other patients with physical conditions related to mobility and functional well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and patient assessment skills.
• Effective patient communication and education abilities, with a focus on patient empowerment and health outcomes.
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
• Ability to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, health coaches, and dieticians.
• Registration with relevant healthcare authorities and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Experience in treating patients with diabetes-related complications or mobility issues is an advantage.
• Compassion, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to document patient progress effectively.
