Job descriptionThe role involves selling subscriptions, sponsorships, digital ad inventory, branded content integrations and category partner programs. Candidates with experience in pharma media sales or online media selling, especially within pharma focused digital platforms, will be strongly preferred. Sell advertising, sponsorships and branded content across Hello Pharma’s digital ecosystem. Pitch subscriptions and category sponsorships across B2B Marketplace, Podcasts, Expert Talks, Learning Series, People of Pharma and other upcoming assets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain a healthy and qualified sales pipeline. Identify and onboard clients from pharma, biotech, equipment manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, consultancies, CRO and CDMO companies and related sectors. Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business. Understand client needs and propose suitable media solutions. Track pharma media trends, competitor offerings and new monetization opportunities. Support pricing strategy, media product development and sales framework creation. Coordinate with the content, design and production teams to deliver sponsored campaigns. Manage post-sales activities including reporting, campaign performance updates and client servicing. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Preferred : Online media selling experience, especially within pharma media or healthcare-focused platforms. Understanding of digital media metrics, content marketing and online ad formats. Target-driven with solid closing ability. Strong relationship-building and proactive approach. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in media sales, digital ad sales or B2B sales. Advantage if experienced in pharma media, healthcare marketing or industry specific digital platforms. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Competitive salary with performance incentives.
