Growth Marketing Manager - Full-Funnel Acquisition

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who doesn't just execute tactics, but understands that growth comes from a fully optimized funnel . This is the person who can align acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue into one seamless strategy that scales.

In this role, you will own the full-funnel growth strategy for customer acquisition, working across paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and optimizing performance at each stage of the funnel. From awareness through activation, to retention, you will be the point person for ensuring that our paid media campaigns are driving not only new users but profitable ones.

Your work will include multi-channel management , where you’re responsible for every part of the customer journey — from capturing attention to driving conversions and making sure those conversions result in long-term users . You will also be responsible for A / B testing , refining targeting strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to continuously improve results.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience building and optimizing funnels that convert — and someone who can speak the language of both growth and performance marketing.

Compensation :

$20,000–$25,000 / month + performance bonuses
