IT Engineer Mandatory

Strong IT Engineer Profile :

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure / Office 365 compliance and management, including policy enforcement, audit readiness, DLP, security configurations, and overall governance.

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong experience handling user onboarding / offboarding, identity & access provisioning, MFA, SSO configurations, and lifecycle management across Windows / Mac / Linux environments.

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have proven expertise in IT Inventory Management, including asset tracking, device lifecycle, CMDB updates, and hardware / software allocation with complete documentation.

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have solid hands-on experience configuring and managing FortiGate Firewalls, including routing, VPN setups, policies, NAT, and overall network security.

Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have practical experience with FortiGate WiFi, AP configurations, SSID management, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and securing wireless environments.

Mandatory (Experience 6) - Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Antivirus Endpoint Central (or equivalent) for patching, endpoint protection, compliance, and threat remediation.

Mandatory (Experience 7) - Must have solid understanding of Networking, including routing, switching, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, VPN, LAN / WAN troubleshooting.

Mandatory (Core Skill 1) - Must have strong troubleshooting experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments for system issues, updates, performance, and configurations.

Mandatory (Core Skill 2) - Must have expertise in Cisco / Polycom A / V solutions, including setup, configuration, video conferencing troubleshooting, and meeting room infrastructure support.

Mandatory (Core Skill 3) - Must have hands-on experience in Shell Scripting / Bash / PowerShell for automation of routine IT tasks, monitoring, and system efficiencies.

Role & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure / System Administrator to oversee, secure, and continually improve our technology environment.

• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setup, has strong command over enterprise IT tools, and enjoys taking complete ownership of system performance, security, and operational continuity.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every component of our IT landscape-systems, networks, software, user accounts, and hardware-is functioning efficiently, securely, and in compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• A major part of this role involves administering and managing the full Office 365 suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and all related backend configurations.
• You will ensure smooth mail flow, secure data access, collaboration performance, and enforce policies such as MFA, retention policies, and DLP rules.
• Additionally, you will handle the entire lifecycle of user accounts-from onboarding to offboarding-making sure that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access revocation are executed accurately and promptly to maintain system hygiene and security.
• You will also oversee organizational IT compliance frameworks, assisting in internal and external audits, maintaining documentation for audit readiness, and ensuring that the company follows best practices for data protection, access control, and system monitoring.
• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory, including attendance and access systems, is also a key responsibility.
• The role requires hands-on administration of tools such as Jira, FortiGate firewalls, enterprise Wi-Fi networks, antivirus dashboards, and endpoint management systems.
• You will ensure that firewall policies, access rules, VPN configurations, and Wi-Fi security settings align with both operational needs and security best practices. Strong familiarity with network administration, including routing, switching, subnetting, NAT, and VPN setup, is essential.
• You will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• This includes applying patches, updates, security fixes, and performing vulnerability remediation to keep systems safe from emerging threats. Experience handling Assets Explorer or similar inventory management platforms will be essential for maintaining an accurate device registry and ensuring lifecycle visibility.
• Another key part of the role includes setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco and Polycom audio / video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless communication for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Providing timely and effective remote support to end-users is also a significant responsibility. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, network, and access permissions, ensuring high user satisfaction and minimal downtime.
• Monitoring system and network performance, detecting security incidents, and ensuring high availability of IT services are essential day-to-day tasks.
• This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and optimize infrastructure performance.
• You will also play an important role in documenting configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps-creating a strong knowledge base to support IT operations, compliance, and continuity planning.
