About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS Serverless architecture to design, develop, and scale high-performance web applications.

You’ll be a hands-on technologist who balances architectural vision with practical implementation — leading technical decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring code quality across frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver robust technical solutions.

Define and review technical requirements for clarity and feasibility.

Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).

Build and maintain AWS Serverless infrastructure (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront).

Develop APIs, middleware (auth, caching, feature flags), and schema-first systems.

Work with DynamoDB and relational databases using Liquibase migrations.

Enforce code quality through reviews, testing (Vitest, Playwright), and automation.

Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Stay current with emerging technologies and promote best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong TypeScript & JavaScript expertise.

Deep knowledge of React (TSX) , state management , and component-driven UI design .

Experience with Vite, Vitest, Playwright , and workspace configurations.

Proven record designing serverless backends on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront).

Strong background in Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi with TypeScript) and environment management.

Familiarity with authentication / authorization , SSO , SAML , and OAuth .

Experience with automated testing, Git workflows, and code review best practices.

Comfortable collaborating with design teams (e.g., Figma) and applying UX / HCI principles.
