About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Team Lead who lives and breathes ROI. Someone who can own end-to-end Paid Marketing strategy across Google Ads & Meta Ads, lead a team, deliver measurable growth, and stay ahead of platform trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Own campaign strategy, budgeting, forecasting & performance pacing aligned to business KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate)
- Deliver weekly / monthly performance dashboards, insights & strategic recommendations
- Lead & mentor a team of performance executives; review work & ensure best practices
- Conduct A / B testing of ads, creatives, audiences & landing pages to maximize results
- Manage attribution, conversion tracking, analytics integrations & pixel setup
- Work with design, content & sales teams for campaign alignment
- Competitor benchmarking & trend research; introduce innovative scaling strategies
- Manage agency / client communication & upsell opportunities
Must-Have Skills
4+ years managing high-budget Paid Media campaignsExpert-level hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, Shopping)Expert experience with Meta Ads Manager (FB / IG), pixel & event optimizationStrong analytical skills with Google Analytics, GTM, Google Data Studio / LookerDeep understanding of conversion funnels & performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV)Ability to manage team of 3–8 campaign specialistsStrong presentation, communication & reporting skills
