Accounts Executive Responsibilities :
- Maintenance of Books of Accounts
- Reconciliations & BRS
- Statutory and TDS
- Payroll preparation
- GST and Filing of monthly and Annual Returns
- Audit and Preparation of Financial Statement & Finalization of Accounts
- Preparing Quotation, Purchase Orders, Legal Agreements
- Payment Follow ups and Bill Payments
- Knowledge of Tally.ERP 9
Admin Executive Responsibilities :
Day to day office ManagementHousekeeping & Infrastructure ManagementLiaison with VendorsAssist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities - (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
