Senior Litigation Attorney / Advocate - Delhi

1. Khurana and Khurana (K&K) is seeking a Delhi-based Litigation Attorney / Advocate with minimum 2-10 Years PQE of handling civil, commercial matters across various tribunals and forums in District / High Courts, preferably with experience in IP litigation matters.

2. The colleague would be responsible for drafting and assisting the litigation team and arguing matters across courts / tribunals. The colleague further assist in drafting, assembling, assisting in court filings, in coordination with the litigation team - for fresh and ongoing matters, along with undertaking legal research and assisting in preparing for hearings and coordination with clients.

3. The colleague should be comfortable working from the Panchsheel Park Office of K&K along with 1-2 days of visit per week to the Head Office in Gr. Noida.

4. Should have a thorough practical knowledge of CPC and procedural issues pertaining to various forums and tribunals.

5. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, should be willing to work independently as well as in a team. Should also have strong analytical skills and attention to detail along with willingness to learn and grow in diverse litigation practice areas.
