Finance Automation Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities -

Process Expertise & Identification : Act as the primary subject matter expert for core financial processes, including : Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Record to Report (R2R) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - General Accounting (GA) Identify high-impact, high-feasibility automation opportunities within these functions.

• Requirements Gathering : Lead workshops and detailed discussions with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and meticulously document current state processes and future state requirements.
• Solution Design & Validation : Partner with Automation Business Analysts and Development teams to ensure that proposed and developed automation solutions are functionally sound, adhere to finance best practices, and deliver expected business value.
• Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate complex technical and process-related concepts to both finance leadership and technical teams, serving as the critical bridge between the two groups.
• Governance & Standardization : Contribute to the development of automation standards, governance frameworks, and best practices specifically tailored for the finance function.

Manager : Own Ends to end Requirements, engage with senior stakeholders.

Sr. Manager : Responsible for Presales and driving end to end Engagements
