Job descriptionDevelop and maintain Bash scripts to automate system tasks and deployment processes. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate and deploy applications using Jenkins and other CI / CD tools. Manage source code repositories with Git, ensuring best practices in version control. Utilize build tools for efficient application packaging and deployment. Implement and manage configuration management using Puppet, Chef, or Ansible. Perform Linux system administration on CentOS, Red Hat, and Rocky Linux environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, deployments, and connectivity. Document scripts, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and continuity. Stay updated with industry trends to improve automation and system reliability. Proven experience as a Bash Developer or similar role in a Linux environment. Strong proficiency in writing and debugging Bash scripts. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, and build tools. Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible. Experience with CentOS, Red Hat, and Rocky Linux distributions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
