Job Description
The primary responsibility would involve working on certain client engagements where Oxane is providing portfolio management service or reporting services to global institutional investors investing in loan portfolios, asset-backed financing, or securitisation transactions. The individual will be responsible for working closely with clients in assisting, monitoring and reporting key metrics of their investments. The role would entail researching across legal agreements, reviewing key metrics and liaising with trustees and other parties. He / she would also be required to interact and coordinate with the client on the performance of the assets and underlying collateral.
Key Responsibilities
Involve onboarding the client’s investment portfolio by reviewing and interpreting legal agreements, understanding trustees' reporting.
Work closely with the clients in supporting them with monitoring the position / performance of the investment transactions
Calculating and monitoring covenants, concentration limits and other key metrics / tests
Assist / Lead the daily operations of the various workstream and ensure all deliverables are accurate and timely
Assist in standardizing and streamlining processes to increase efficiencies and setting up SOP’s and processes around deliverables.
Coordinate efficiently with other Internal teams as well as with the client to ensure that we are meeting all the required SLA’s
Requirements
Required Experience / Skill Set
Broad understanding of the Structured Finance product / corporate credit landscape / ABS / CLO’s / MM Portfolio Financing
In-depth understanding of core financial concepts
Proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel
Understanding of various financial databases including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA / advanced degree in finance.
Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm
