Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in hiring Workday professionals across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem, a proven track record of hiring niche technical and functional Workday talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Workday roles across modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting, Security, Benefits, Talent, etc.).

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.

Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and functional Workday skills and cultural fit.

Partner closely with internal hiring managers and project teams to understand staffing needs.

Maintain a strong pipeline of Workday consultants (permanent, contract, and project-based).

Coordinate interviews, feedback, documentation, and offer negotiations.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System.

Represent Assistnow’s employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven experience recruiting Workday consultants across various modules.

Strong understanding of Workday functional and technical roles, certifications, and market trends.

Experience hiring for Workday Partner organizations or consulting environments (preferred).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet fast-moving deadlines.

Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
