Compensation : Up to ₹300,000 per month for top candidates

About OpenTrain

OpenTrain works with large AI companies to provide the high quality training data their models need. We design workflows, tools, and teams so that AI systems can learn from accurate, well structured human generated data.

You will not be doing data labeling. Your job is to build the automation and AI layer that powers this work.

Our core web app is built on Bubble , our new marketing site is on Webflow , and we are investing heavily in AI features and automations using tools like n8n and modern LLM APIs.

We already have developers and project managers in the Philippines, so your time zone in India will overlap well with the rest of the team.

The role

We are hiring a No‑code AI Automation Engineer based in India.

Your primary focus :

  • Design and run automations and AI agents with n8n
  • Or similar tools such as Make or Zapier
  • Integrate those workflows with our Bubble app
  • Ideally also help with Webflow so our marketing site connects into the same system

Our existing Bubble developers will keep owning most of the Bubble UI and database work. You will own the external automations, AI logic, and integrations.

What you will do

Examples of what you might work on :

  • Build a customer support chatbot that :
  • Lives inside our Bubble app
  • Uses LLM APIs
  • Talks to our backend through well defined API endpoints and automations
  • Design robust workflows in n8n or Make that :
  • Receive webhooks from Bubble or Webflow
  • Call external APIs and AI models
  • Push data back into Bubble or other tools
  • Handle errors, retries, and logging
  • Create internal automations to help our team :
  • Notifications and routing
  • Quality checks or approvals
  • Data syncing between systems
  • If you know Webflow :
  • Connect Webflow forms into n8n and Bubble
  • Support new marketing pages and experiments
  • Wire up tracking and integrations

    • Day to day you will :

  • Own AI and automation projects end to end
  • Work closely with founders, operations, and Bubble developers
  • Debug issues that span multiple tools
  • Document your workflows so others can understand and extend them

    • Must have

    We care most about real experience shipping automations.

    You should have :

  • Strong hands on experience with at least one no‑code automation tool
  • For example n8n (preferred), Make , Zapier , Pipedream, etc
  • You have built multi step, production workflows, not just toy demos
  • Solid understanding of APIs and webhooks
  • HTTP, REST APIs, JSON
  • Authentication using API keys or bearer tokens
  • Debugging failed calls and edge cases
  • Experience calling AI or LLM APIs inside automations or products
  • Comfort working around a web app stack
  • You do not need to be a traditional full stack engineer
  • You do need to be comfortable working with devs and API docs
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Based in India and able to work a normal daytime IST schedule

    • Big plus for higher compensation

    These are not required, but each one moves you higher in the range :

  • Strong n8n experience specifically, in production
  • Experience integrating automations with Bubble :
  • Using Bubble’s API Connector
  • Creating or consuming webhooks and backend workflows
  • Experience with Webflow :
  • Building or maintaining Webflow sites
  • Working with CMS collections, components, and forms
  • Hooking Webflow into n8n or CRMs

    • You do not need previous experience at an AI data labeling company. That is what OpenTrain does, but your role is to power it with automation and AI, not to run labeling projects.

    Compensation

    Overall range :

    Roughly ₹90,000 to ₹300,000 per month Exact offer depends on your skills in automation, Bubble, and Webflow.

    Guideline :

    Automation only (n8n or Make or Zapier) - ₹90,000 – ₹135,000 per month

  • Strong automation background
  • Good with APIs and webhooks
  • Limited Bubble or Webflow

    • Automation + Bubble - ₹135,000 – ₹210,000 per month

  • Strong automation background
  • You have real experience integrating with a web app, ideally Bubble
  • You can design and maintain flows that talk to Bubble via API Connector, backend workflows, and webhooks
  • Automation + Bubble + Webflow (top profile) - Up to ₹300,000 per month
  • Deep, proven automation experience
  • Confident integrating with Bubble
  • Comfortable maintaining and extending a Webflow marketing site
  • Able to own this whole vertical with minimal hand holding

    • We are happy to pay at the very top of the range for someone who is excellent in n8n, Bubble, AI integrations, and Webflow .
